18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement

All models, actors, and other persons appearing in any visual depiction of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct on Pleasure House were over the age of eighteen (18) years at the time the content was produced.

1. Records custodian

Age- and identity-verification records required under 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. § 75 are maintained by each independent creator and, where applicable, by our third-party verification vendor, in accordance with federal record-keeping requirements.

2. Creator verification process

Every creator must submit valid, government-issued photo identification and complete a liveness check before publishing any content. Verification is re-confirmed periodically and prior to payout eligibility.

3. Third-party content

Pleasure House does not knowingly host content for which the required records do not exist. Any user who believes content lacks proper documentation should report it immediately using the Trust & Safety report tool on the relevant page.
