DMCA / Content Removal Policy

Pleasure House respects the intellectual property and personal rights of others and expects creators and users to do the same. We respond to properly submitted notices of alleged infringement or unauthorized content.

1. Filing a takedown notice

To submit a copyright infringement or non-consensual content notice, please provide: a description of the material and its location on the Platform (URL), your contact information, a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized, a statement made under penalty of perjury that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act, and your physical or electronic signature.

2. How to submit

Send notices to our designated agent through the Help Center content removal form. We aim to review and act on valid notices within 48 hours.

3. Counter-notices

A creator whose content is removed may submit a counter-notice contesting the takedown, which will be handled in accordance with applicable law.

4. Repeat infringers

Accounts found to repeatedly infringe on others' rights or upload non-consensual content will be permanently terminated.

5. Non-consensual content

Content uploaded without the depicted person's consent will be removed immediately upon verified report, regardless of copyright status, and the uploading account will be investigated and may be terminated.
