Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Pleasure House (the "Platform"). By creating an account or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

1. Eligibility

The Platform contains sexually explicit material intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to create an account or view content. By using the Platform you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Subscriptions & billing

Subscriptions renew automatically at the price and interval shown at checkout until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account dashboard; access continues until the end of the current billing period. Charges appear on your statement under a discreet, neutral descriptor.

4. Creator content

Creators are independent account holders solely responsible for the content they upload. All creators must complete identity and age verification prior to publishing content, consistent with our 18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Statement.

5. Prohibited conduct

You may not upload, share, or request content involving minors, non-consensual acts, or any other unlawful material; attempt to circumvent age or payment verification; redistribute, download, or resell Platform content without authorization; or use the Platform to harass another user or creator.

6. Content ownership & license

Creators retain ownership of their content and grant the Platform a limited license to host, stream, and display it to authorized subscribers. Subscribers receive a personal, non-transferable license to view licensed content and may not reproduce or redistribute it.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or our Trust & Safety policies, with or without notice.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Pleasure House is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Platform.
